[op_liveeditor_element data-style=””][text_block style=”undefined” align=”left”]Tina (Gulley) Augustus is the brains behind the “Women’s Total Health & Wellness!”  A published author, minister, community leader, and founder of Elevate Services, Inc., which is a marketing and resource development company, Tina holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Roosevelt University, Chicago, IL, in English Literature and Black Studies, and an Associates Degree from Harold Washington College, Chicago, IL.  With more than 15 years of experience in the non-profit and for profit arena, she works with corporations, churches, and non-profit organizations, providing marketing consultation, community relations, and resource development.  Since the establishment of Elevate Services, Inc., it has grown to become more robust in offering marketing services, business networking solutions, and an annual business forum that highlights resources to help start-up businesses and small corporations increase in revenue.

Since a young teenager, her life has been dedicated to service to the community. Some of her service work included 2018 – present, Ilinois Black Chamber of Commerce, Board Member; 2014 – present, Austin Chamber of Commerce, Executive Board; 2014 – 2018 Westside Ministers’ Coalition Advisory Board; 2013 – 2017 Austin Women’s Business Network Counsel; 1995 – 2010 Chicago West Side Christian School, Baord Member; 2000 – 2001 Local School Council at Chicago Public Schools, Cregier Multiplex.  She coordinated a major coat drive that benefited many children who were students or foster children with Centers for New Horizons, a social service helping families to become self-reliant in Chicago’s Bronzeville community.

She developed a tutoring program, The Barnabas Educational Resource Center, for elementary and high school students in the Austin, and neighboring communities. Volunteers were recruited, trained, and managed to offer quality services to students, and their families.  Provided reading assessments to identify proper level of tutoring, workshops to prepare students for the ACT and SAT exams.

She received her Certificate in Business/Entreprenuers, from Bethel New Life, and Community Leadership & Organizing certificate from Lugenia Burns Hope Center, Chicago, IL, and Non-profit certifications from the Donors Forum, Association of Fundraising Professional, and Foundation Center.

Tina is married, has four children, five grandchildren; and resides with her family in Chicago, Illinois.[/text_block][/op_liveeditor_element]

She currently serves as head of Communications and Media Relations at The Loretto Hospital, a non-profit, safety-net hospital on the west side of Chicago. Combining Loretto Hospital’s ground breaking work in natural health care and her passion for health and nutrition, she advocates for her platform Food is Medicine. Marnie is a spokesperson for healing disease with plant based whole food nutrition internationally with the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine.
Marnie leads a very active lifestyle. She enjoys singing at church, and spending quality time with her husband, Stephond, and her three sons, Stephond, Jr. (lil Steph), Myles and Kyle. Marnie enjoys training and competing in bodybuilding competitions and beauty pageants.
Marnie has a Bachelor’s of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from Columbia College Chicago, and a Masters of Arts in Communications and Training from Governors State University. [op_liveeditor_element data-style=””][text_block style=”undefined” align=”left”]Watchen Nyanue was born in Liberia, and she lived and worked in Los Angeles, New York, and in Chicago.  She is the vice president of marketing partnerships at Chicago Sky, the record-breaking women’s professional basketball team. Watchen is a marketing and business development expert from Liberia, who now resides in Illinois. She is responsible for managing the sponsorship team, the game operations team and the foundation at the Chicago Sky.

Prior to joining the team, Watchen co-founded Little Doebahyou, a brand that creates activities to educate children on the history and culture of Africa and the diaspora. Watchen’s career path includes previous roles at Comedy Central, Hearst Digital, Yahoo! and Johnson Publishing Company, working in Los Angeles, New York, and Chicago.

When she isn’t immersed in her career, Watchen is active in the community and serves as a volunteer for the NextGen group of UNICEF, The Posse Foundation, and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.  She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Communication from DePauw University and is an alumna of The Posse Foundation.  Watchen is currently working on her MBA at the University of ChicagoExpertise.  She is usually invited to speak on Professional/Career development specifically for millennial women of color.[/text_block][/op_liveeditor_element]

[op_liveeditor_element data-style=””][text_block style=”undefined” align=”left”]Riquetta Mathis is an independent distributor for Premier Design Jewelry and the owner of Vivid Expressions Events.  At the age of 15, Riquetta had the opportunity to work part-time with Liz Catering, which is where she fell in love with event planning.  She is also a youth minister at her church, God’s Congregation Worship Center, in Lombard, Illinois. Upon graduation in 2014, Riquetta received certificates in Travel, Tourism & Event Planning from the College of Dupage, in Glyn Ellen, Illinois.  She did not hesitate in getting her business started in event planning. To further her experience she partnered with a number of seasoned event planners which kept her calendar full with events. She also had a love for high fashion jewelry and dressing up for special occasions. When Premier Design Jewelry was first introduced to Riquetta, she took off with sales and became a top-selling independent distributor!

Being an all-star track runner in high school and in college, Riquetta co-founded a field & track team to keep her children busy, and each year they held practice during the spring and summer months.  The track team participated in the USATF track and field tournaments throughout Illinois, and they participated in practice meets around the Chicagoland area. She brings 15 years of experience to the health and wellness industry through personal training, group fitness, and managing corporate wellness programs. In her spare time Chenel coach’s golf, leads a youth ministry and prayer line, and is the VP of Public Relations for Saturday Sunrise Toastmasters in Oak Park, IL. She is the mother of Tatchi who is 14 and plays football and participates in his middle school Funk Band![/text_block][/op_liveeditor_element]

Helen is a licensed and ordained Prophet who has been in ministry since 1985 serving in the local church and helping to establish several other churches and ministering locally, nationally and internationally. Helen serves as an Elder, a member of the Ministry Team, Overseer of the Prophetic Team, the Worship Team and as a psalmist/worship leader at Zion Covenant Church International located in Aurora, IL since 1992 under the leadership and covering of Pastors Elton & Donna Watkins and the apostolic covering of Apostle Daryl O’Neil, Ruach Covenant Church Int’l. Wisdom Ministries is also part of the IMPACT Global Network of Apostle John Eckhardt.

She flows as a prophetic psalmist and ministers with an apostolic/prophetic anointing releasing the love of God and compassion thru the preaching and teaching of the Word and demonstration of His power. Her passion is to see the people of God walk in an intimate relationship with the Lord through worship and prayer and to help them identify and understand the fullness of God’s purpose and plan for their lives in the Kingdom of God.

Helen has a love for the local church and for the nations. Her mandate is to strengthen and build thru impartation and activation in worship, the prophetic and leadership training.. Fulfilling the assignment spoken to her heart by the Lord to “Minister to My Ministers, teach My people the Fear of the Lord”.

She began her passion by attending Harper College Travel Academy in Palatine Illinois, finishing a certification program for travel agents and meeting planners.  Graduating in September 1999, she initially opened her agency from her home in the Austin Community. After retiring from AT&T Communications in 2004, she worked with Delta Airlines, ONE Travel and GOGO Vacations.

Crystal opened the first African American owned brick and mortar agency in the Austin community September 22, 2016 and has been featured in the media on WGN-TV Chicago, Girls Trips; Chicago Reader Newspaper, Westside to the World; B-Media, African Americans Group Travel; WGN-TV Chicago’s Very Own Crystal Dyer, which focused on her non profit youth travel adventures program; People You Need to Know Magazine, Atlanta; The Decatur Champion Newspaper, Georgia. Currently Ms. Dyer is chair of State Representative La Shawn K. Ford tourism committee in Springfield, Illinois.
